Background
We were asked to solve an unusual issue that wasn’t really print related. The courier used by their print company would only deliver to reception on the ground floor. But as the charity was based on the second floor this was causing major problems.
When sizeable print deliveries arrived, they took over reception and caused a nuisance for their neighbours. And then there was the hassle of getting the delivery up two flights of stairs.
Approach
The solution was simple. Others might not deliver to the second floor, but we do. And our drivers deliver print jobs to clients in London several times a week. So, we printed their job, agreed a delivery time and our team took the delivery up to the second floor with no hassle.
Results
A very happy client who was impressed with the way we went up, up and beyond to meet their needs.
