We print a wide range of materials from newsletters, magazines and posters to leaflets, folders and annual reports. But we only use responsibly sourced paper from sustainable forests to safeguard the environment and our future business.

We take our Corporate Social Responsibilities very seriously and aim to minimise our impact on the environment. We monitor the impact of everything we do and identify ways we can do things better. We’ve also created this environmental policy to help us develop our own Environmental Management System and make sure CSR is always front of mind.

Our environmental policy covers every single aspect of our business from design, administration and printing to finishing, fulfilment and delivery. And we’re committed to making sure our colleagues, suppliers and waste contractors are aware of our policy and principles.

Through our environmental policy we aim to:

  • Demonstrate our commitment to improving our environmental practices.
  • Reduce our environmental impact.
  • Develop an environmental management system in line with international standards.

Environmental objectives

  • Reduce all general waste.
  • Establish a chain of custody for all waste collected from our site.
  • Reduce the use of materials and energy.
  • Reduce the emissions of volatile organic compounds by using vegetable-based products where possible.
  • Measure, monitor and reduce our CO2 emissions.
  • Implement the energy saving recommendations made by the Institute of Manufacturing.
  • Monitor our progress on a monthly basis and invest in our people, equipment and facilities to meet these objectives.
  • Ultimately achieve ISO 14001 environmental accreditation.
