FSC accreditation achieved
RAP Spiderweb are now a Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody certified printer. Whatever you print with us we can guarantee the Chain of Custody of the paper used. It means the path taken by the raw materials is responsibly managed, from the paper mills, through the paper merchant and finally to us the printer. It demonstrates our commitment to economically, environmentally and well managed forests. The FSC logo and our certificate number can now appear on all publications we print identifying your organisation as environmentally responsible.

CTP nine months later
Last June we installed Computer-to-Plate technology. Early teething problems were soon solved and nine months later we don’t know what we did without it.
The Dainippon Screen PlateRite 2055Vi Flatbed Plate Recorder is now churning out plates more accurately and efficiently than even the manufacturers blurb lead us to believe. Using a low-powered, long-lasting violet light-source it uses fewer chemicals than other comparable systems.
The clever people behind this equipment are now working on a chemical free system. Once the technology is complete our PlateRite 2005 can be converted making it one of the most environmentally friendly systems on the market.
Another major step to acquiring ISO 14001.
